Christine Klein, also a former real estate agent, majored in management and marketing, which enables her to efficiently run the business end of Meyerson/Klein Properties. Klein has kept the same team of architects and contractors together for years, and invoked the mandate of one project at a time. Meyerson/Klein stays on budget because her team works efficiently together due to longevity, and has the ability to anticipate potential issues before they become costly problems. Working only one project through to completion keeps the team on schedule with no delays.
